(...)feeling the efects of the tablets for some hours now. Tremouring inside, visibly shaking (tremouring), light headed, loss of appetite. Weird. Off-it really.

3rd March 1999
Not been able to speak, like a 'notched up', wizzy individual. So taut. Permanent inside feeling of racing (tremouring). Head stretched. Want to feel less taut. More like normal. I can tell I'm drugged.

8th March 1999
Started on [a] higher dose. I did settle somewhat, (notched up but this did become a norm) and now I've been notched up again.
