Visit 5.
It went very quickly this visit (seemingly). I knew by now that if progress were to be made I'd have to be honest with him and myself. I'm not sure of the outcomes but all references were definitely of a sexual nature and my own difficulties [***] (based upon youthful experiences). I let him know I liked working with him and that I'm determined to see it through. I'm pleased with how 'brave' I was, and pleased with how easy he made it for me (by quickly picking up on my clues) however difficult it felt. Contd(...)

Own comments
Some thing happened for sure, but I don't know what. Got a book... Talking to a Stranger and it helped me understand more about counselling relationship. Some sort of release has happened, it may be a temporal sort of elation but relationships are enhanced and I'm taking more care in my appearance. Stopped taking so many solpadols. Still concerned about my behaviour, but more positive generally.
