Continued from 2nd visit
... I needed someone on my side. All else [are] against me. So I repressed my anger further and tried to behave.
3rd visit
Lined up for counselling [and] the tablets start to work. I don't know how I'm expected to feel, but I feel less sensitive, less in touch. It's still there inside but it's like I'm blocked off.'Yes, that's right' [he says]. (He's pleased with me) and at my request goes over my options, with retire [from work] through ill-health [being] a likely outcome ('in my severe case'), 'but don't antagonise them' [he advises me]. [He says] they'll stitch me up or not negotiate a good severance [deal]. I'm very grateful, he's very pleased. Of course I couldn't teach again but he needs to get me some(...) |
